This Privacy Statement describes how Usedge processes your personal data.

How do we use your personal data?

• Information provided during study sessions and derived insights
• Session recordings, including voice recording and images)

Unless there is a legal retention period, the personal data will be retained for a period of 6 months following the feedback session.

(b) Compliance with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting obligations) 

We may process the following personal data in order to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting obligations): 

• Identification data and contact details (name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number)
• Information provided during study sessions
• Session recordings, including feedback, voice recording and images)

The legal ground is our legal obligation.

The personal data shall be retained in accordance with the legal retention periods.

Who are the recipients of your personal data ?

We share your personal data under certain circumstances to a limited number of other third parties:

• Processors which provide us with services 
• Competent national and European authorities, including law enforcement agencies
• Our professional advisers and lawyers 

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Which rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data? 

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• to access and receive a copy of your data; 
• to rectify your data if it is inaccurate; 
• to object to the processing for direct marketing purposes and for reasons related to your particular situation;

Which security measures are implemented?

In accordance with legal requirements, we have put in place an adequate system of protection of your personal data.  These measures include technical and organisational measures necessary to protect your personal data against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorised disclosure of personal data.

Nevertheless, no security system can guaranty 100% of security. You also have an important role to play in the security of your personal data by keeping your account details confidential and choosing a strong password.
